SEYMOUR, Ind. – Senior Henry Kiel carded a 37 on Tuesday (May 14) to lead the Columbus North boys golf team to a 157-186 victory over Seymour at Shadowood Golf Course.
Freshman Luke Schneider contributed a 39, while sophomore Jacob Niedbalski tallied a 40 as the Bull Dogs improved to 13-1-1 in two- and three-school meets. Sophomore Luke VanDeventer posted a 41 and senior Jackson Kerber had a 44.
Tom Hoffmeier paced the Owls’ varsity with a 44.
At the JV level, sophomore Michael Gambaiani shot a 42 to help the Bull Dogs take a 181-224 decision. Senior Conner Williams added a 43, while senior Reese Moore shoot a 44 and sophomore Andrew Krueger had a 52. Zach Storey led Seymour with a 49.
Columbus North returns to action at 4 p.m. Monday (May 20) when it faces Greensburg at Greensburg Country Club.
