November 13, 2025 - As the Columbus North girls wrestling program continues to grow in its second season, head coach Lindsey Prozanski understands that growth is a process. She explained after the first home dual meet of the season, “The girls were nervous about the spotlight, but we think the long game of providing them that opportunity will only be beneficial to them.” The Bull Dogs fell to Jennings County 48-18, but got some valuable experience against a talented opponent. North received forfeits at two weight classes (Gwen McKay and Fatima Aguilar), and Paris Lopez earned a first period pin for the other Columbus North team points. Also wrestling for North were Leslie Bridges, Alona Call, Aubreigh Campbell, Zahlynn Williams, and Morgan Clark. The Dogs will compete at the Bronco Classic in Daleville on Saturday.
