November 22, 2025 - Asher Ratliff (shown) was the 165 pound champion and three other Bull Dogs, Darrell Hicks (3rd at 190 pounds), Harper Hardebeck (4th at 138 pounds), and Eric Streeval (6th at 175 pounds) earned podium finishes at the Center Grove Classic on Saturday. No team scores are kept at this meet, which showcases many of the state’s top wrestlers. Other Bull Dog finishers included 113 pounds: James Brown - 10th 120 pounds: Emmanuel Barbosa - 12th 126 pounds: Isaac Sipes - 12th 150 pounds: Wesley Houshour - 12th 215 pounds: Nate Riker - 9th 285 pounds: Rogelio Turera-Piedra - 7th The JV wrestlers traveled to Jennings County on Saturday for a JV invitational. Alexander Alatriz (188-195.7 pounds), Logan Hammons (189.9-201.8 pounds), and Alexander Stahley (94.4-100.4 pounds) were all weight class champions at the meet. Josiah Hall, Jarad Henderson, Yahir Palomino-Alarcon, Mason Porter, and Gunnar Shoop were all runners up. The Dogs will host Greensburg in a dual meet on Wednesday, November 26. JV will begin at 6:30, with varsity to follow around 7:00.
