November 30, 2025 - After building a twelve point lead after three quarters against Hauser on Saturday night, the Bull Dogs may have thought they were going to cruise to an easy victory. The Jets had other plans. Hauser used hot shooting and Bull Dog turnovers to mount a comeback that saw them take the lead with under two minutes to play. However, the Dogs maintained their composure, forced a key turnover with under a minute to play, and held on for a 59-54 victory, improving to 2-0. Austin Perry led the Bull Dogs with 18 points, while Caleb Ferguson added 17 and Jack Whaley 10. The Bull Dogs were 9-of-10 from the free throw line for the game, while Hauser made just three of their nine attempts. The Jets, however, connected on nine three-point goals for the game, compared to just two (both by Perry) for North. The JV team improved to 2-0 with a 65-40 victory in the early game. Jameson McCreary connected on five three-point goals to lead the Dogs with 15 points. North will host Silver Creek on Friday, December 5. JV and freshmen will begin at 6:00, with varsity to follow the JV game. Photo: Caleb Ferguson drives for two of his 17 points against Hauser in the second half on Saturday night. The Dogs held on to beat the Jets 59-54 and improve to 2-0.
