North wrestlers compete at Carnahan Invite and Phil Thrasher Memorial

December 30, 2025 - Two Bull Dog wrestlers, Cohen Long and Asher Ratliff, competed at the Carnahan Memorial Invitational at Crown Point on Saturday, December 20, with Ratliff finishing fourth at 165 pounds and Long sixth at 150. The remainder of the varsity, as well as some sub-varsity wrestlers traveled to New Albany for the Phil Thrasher Memorial Invitational on the same day and had excellent showings. Servando Lozano won the 285 pound weight class, while Skyler Burns and Nate Ryker each finished fifth in their weight classes. The Dogs are currently competing at Evansville Mater Dei in a two-day tournament. Results will be posted at the conclusion of the competition.
