August 29, 2023 - Columbus North took full advantage of their size advantage over Greenwood Christian Academy, controlling the net throughout the night on both offense and defense, and rolled to a 3-0 sweep of the Cougars (25-12, 25-20, 25-14). Karen Dutro led the way with twelve kills, four blocks, and a pair of aces for the match. Morgan Osborn and Reese Edwards had seven and six digs, respectively, and Ally Wettschurack had an outstanding night serving, including three aces. Kaitlin White added five kills and two blocks in the victory. The JV team got their first match victory of the season by sweeping the Cougars 25-18, 25-13. The Dogs (4-5) will begin the Conference Indiana season this evening (August 29) when they host Bloomington North. JV and freshman teams will get started at 6:00 with varsity to follow the JV.
