September 1, 2023 - Columbus North was only able to muster four shots for the match against a feisty Roncalli defense, putting two of the four in the back of the net. However, three of Roncalli’s ten shots got past North’s keeper, giving Roncalli a 3-2 victory over the Dogs at the BCSC Soccer complex on Thursday evening. Rachel Fulp and Lily Priest each had goals coming from assists by Evelyn Lopez and Paige Mora, respectively, as the Dogs dropped to 1-4-2 overall. Paige Terry made her debut in goal for Columbus North and recorded four saves in 80 minutes of work. The JV team improved to 4-1-1 with a 1-0 shutout victory over the Royals in the early match. The Bull Dogs are off until Wednesday, September 6 when they host Conference Indiana foe Southport, beginning at 5:30 pm.
