August 17, 2022 - The Columbus North volleyball teams saw a lot of positive things to build on in their performance at Seymour on Tuesday night (August 17), but too many unforced errors and an inability to sustain scoring runs led to a 3-0 defeat at the hands of the Owls, dropping the Bull Dogs to 0-1 on the season. Karen Dutro led the team with five kills. She and fellow freshmen Elaina Penrod each had three blocks for the Dogs. Emily Stair had an ace and Emma Burns recorded 7 assists. The Owls also took both sub-varsity matches 2-0. Next up for the Dogs is a home match against Shelbyville on Thursday, August 18, beginning at 6:00 pm.
