North rolls by Jeffersonville in boys soccer

August 21, 2022 - The Bull Dogs played host to Jeffersonville in JV and varsity boys soccer on Saturday (August 20) and finished with a pair of shutout victories. Nathan Imlay (shown above) scored three goals and Christian Cardoso added two goals and an assist in an 8-0 varsity victory. Thomas de la Cruz, Obed Oliva, and Raul Oliveira each had goals, and Flynn Keel, Misaki Takemoto, and Oliva added assists for the Bull Dogs, who improved to 4-0 overall (2-0 in Conference Indiana) with the victory. The Dogs outshot Jeffersonville 42-1, including a 22-0 advantage in shots-on-goal for the match. Oscar Ballinas and Max Greiwe shared time in goal for the victorious North squad. The Bull Dogs also shutout Jeffersonville 4-0 in the JV match. Derek Arau (2), Jonah Sipes, and Madux Tovey all had goal for the Dogs, who improved to 3-1. Next up for the Bull Dogs will be the cross-town rivalry match with Columbus East on Thursday, August 25 at the BCSC Soccer Complex, beginning at 6:00 pm (JV).
