August 21, 2022 - The Columbus North volleyball team finished the Franklin Central Flashes Invitational with a 2-2 record. North fell to Zionsville 0-2 (16-25, 22-25) before defeating East Chicago 2-0 (25-10, 25-6). The Bull Dogs then bounced back from a disappointing 0-2 loss to North Decatur (18-25, 17-25) with a 2-0 victory over Rossville (25-21, 25-20). Karen Dutro led the Dogs with 33 kills and Kaitlin White had ten blocks. Emily Stair tallied eight aces (19 points overall) as well as 29 digs. Reese Edwards and Emma Burns had 34 and 30 set assists, collectively, for the tournament. The Bull Dogs (3-3 overall) will host Roncalli on Thursday, August 25. JV and C-team will began at 6:00, with varsity to follow. In addition, the C-team will host North Decatur on Tuesday, August 23 at 6:00 pm.
