August 24, 2022 - Sophomore Katie Frazier won the girls meet in 20:39.73 and senior Carson Zhang won the boys event in 18:39.21 as the Columbus North cross country teams dominated the Columbus East dual on Tuesday, August 23. Both teams won in perfect-score fashion 15-50. Coaches Andy Keffaber (boys) and Rick Sluder (girls) stressed strategy and teamwork over clock times during the meet with Columbus East, resulting in both teams running in packs and maintaining specific intervals during the competition. Both teams will next be on the course on Saturday, September 3 when they host their own invitational at Ceraland outside of Columbus.
