December 13, 2023 - Columbus North got a major decision victory by Asher Ratliff at 157 pounds, and victories at 138 pounds (Justice Thornton), 132 pounds (Cohen Long), 126 pounds (Jason Shuey), and 285 pounds (Alex Lozano), but it wasn’t enough to overcome Columbus East as part of Winter Rivalry Week at Columbus North on Wednesday evening (December 13). East collected six-point falls or forfeits at 190, 175, 165, 144, 120, 113, and 106 and a five-point technical fall at 150 to take a commanding victory. The dual loss dropped the Bull Dogs to 8-4 for the season and broke a seven-match win streak. The Dogs will try to bounce back on Saturday as they travel to Penn High School for the Henry Wilk Classic.
