North beats Martinsville 3-1 in varsity volleyball

September 1, 2022 - The Bull Dogs lost game (23-25) one after building an early lead, but bounced back to take the next three games (25-15, 25-23, 25-15) against Martinsville in varsity volleyball, winning the match 3-1. North improved to 4-5 for the season with the victory. Emily Stair led the Dogs with twelve digs. Karen Dutro had 18 kills to go along with four blocks, five aces, and eleven points served. Emma Burns had 13 assists, and Kaitlyn White added four blocks for the Bull Dogs. The JV swept the Artesians, winning 25-14 and 25-8. Next up for the Bull Dogs will be the North Central Invitational on Saturday, September 3. The C-team will travel to Hauser on the same day to participate in the JV Hauser Invite.
