February 2, 2024 - Head Coach Mike Cunningham watched his girls swim team set new season-best times event after event throughout the East Central IHSAA Sectional Swim Prelims on Thursday (Feb 1), putting his team in very competitive positions for Saturday’s Sectional Finals. They will enter the Sectional Finals with the top seed in two events. Top Bull Dog finishers in each event (and their seeding position for Saturday’s finals) included the following: 200-yd Medley Relay: Mridula Muthukumaran, Ainsley Sherlock, Sanaa Kulkarni, Georgia Abdallah - 2nd 200-yd Freestyle: Katie Frazier - 4th 200-yd Individual Medley: Sherlock - 3rd 50-yd Freestyle: Brooklyn Pendleton - 6th 100-yd Butterfly: Muthukumaran - 4th 100-yd Freestyle: Frazier - 3rd 500-yd Freestyle: Ava Andrews - 10th 200-yd Freestyle Relay: Muthukumaran, Frazier, Sherlock, Abdallah - T-1st 100-yd Backstroke: Muthukumaran - 5th 100-yd Breaststroke: Sherlock - 1st 400-yd Freestyle Relay: Frazier, Pendleton, Kara Buntin, Advika Badve - 4th
