April 23, 2024 - Columbus North beat Seymour 5-0 in girls tennis at North Monday afternoon. The Bull Dogs and Owls split the six reserves matches. Individual match results, in order of finish, included 1S: Kathryn Wilson won 6-0, 6-0 2S: Aya Saad won 6-0, 6-2 1D: Annabelle Sun and Lucy Bergman won 6-1, 6-0 2D: Grace Conner and Lizzie Bodart won 6-0, 6-0 3S: Lison Cloteaux won 7-5, 7-5 Note: Wilson’s 6-0, 6-0 victory was a result of two golden sets. This occurs when a player does not lose a single point in any game. Wilson won each set scoring the minimum 24 points per set. The Dogs will host North Oldham (KY) this afternoon, beginning at 5:30 pm.
