May 21, 2024 - Academic All-State lists have been released for track and field and sixteen Columbus North athletes have made the list. For the girls, Macy Eaton, Kenzie Meyer, and Kenzie Pendleton earned First Team honors, with Kennedy Gallentine, Abbi Schiefer, and Lydia Weed were named to the Honorable Mention list. Four boys made the First Team list, including Jack Cooper, Frankie Polyak, Ben Stevens, and Neal White. Six other boys, Derek Arau Ortiz, Sam Brown, Matt Burge, Santi De Luna, Amit Gangadhara, and Jonny Klaus earned Honorable Mention accolades. Girls Regional competition will take place this afternoon (May 21) in Shelbyville, with the boys Greenfield Central Regional taking place on Thursday, May 23.
