August 20, 2024 - The Columbus North girls soccer team was on the road at 19th-ranked Center Grove to open the 2024 season on Monday evening. Sophomore Avery Baker’s second-half goal cut the Bull Dog deficit to 2-1, but the Trojans punched in another score five minutes later and held on for a 3-1 victory. Sophomore Danika Hoehn kept goal for the Bull Dogs all 80 minutes and recorded eight saves in the loss. The Dogs will be back on the pitch Thursday evening (August 22) when they host Seymour.
