September 5, 2024 - Columbus North varsity volleyball rolled to a 3-0 victory at Hauser on Wednesday evening (September 4). Set scores were 25-10, 25-9, 25-10, all won by North. Statistical leaders for Columbus North included Digs: Morgan Osborn (6), Ally Wettschurack (4) Kills: Sydney Ousley (8), Kennedy Horn and Hazel Sasse (4) Assists: Lexi Denny and Clara Balzano (7), Holly Evans (6), Reese Edwards (5) Aces: Osborn, Wettschurack, Kyndal Wheeler (2) The JV team also won in straight sets to improve to 4-2 for the season. The Dogs (4-10) will be home tonight (September 5) against Martinsville for a JV and varsity doubleheader. Martinsville does not have enough players for a freshman game.
