September 10, 2024 - Allison Kolhouse had two goals and Rachel Merritt had both assists as the Columbus North girls soccer team beat Greenwood 2-0 on Senior Night at the BCSC Soccer Complex. The evening got started with an 8-0 victory by North in the JV match and a ceremony honoring the ten Columbus North seniors. Kolhouse’s goals came ten minutes into the first half and ten minutes into the second half. Those goals were all the Bull Dog (5-1-1) defense needed as they recorded their sixth consecutive shutout, allowing only one shot from the Greenwood offense. Danika Hoehn kept goal for Columbus North for all 80 minutes. Next up for the Bull Dogs will be a trip to Southport on Wednesday, September 11.
