October 29, 2022 - The Bull Dogs boys soccer team outshot Noblesville 15-10, including a 6-2 advantage in shots-on-goal, but it wasn’t enough as they fell to the Millers 1-0 in the IHSAA Boys Soccer State Championship. Noblesville scored a goal in the 17th minute and the Bull Dogs were unable to answer in a hard-fought match between two excellent programs. Goalkeeper Max Grewe worked all 80 minutes in goal for the Bull Dogs and was credited with one save. The Bull Dogs finish their season 19-2-1. Noblesville finished their State Championship season 16-3-3. Columbus North’s Flynn Keele was awarded the 2022 C Eugene Cato Mental Attitude Award for Class 3A Boys Soccer, presented by Farm Bureau Insurance. Congratulations to Flynn and the entire boys soccer program on an outstanding season.
