September 18, 2024 - Even though Columbus North was hosting Columbus East at their home course, Harrison Lake Country Club, it felt like an “away” meet for the Bull Dogs. Course maintenance on the front nine of the country club forced the teams to play the back nine at Harrison Lake, the half of the golf course that very few of the Bull Dogs had played before. The Dogs showed no signs of letting that be a barrier as they rolled to a 180-211 victory over Columbus East. Columbus North recognized and honored their four seniors, Erin Hopkins, Lindsey Hartwell, Kara Buntin, and Ana Pavlov following the match. Individual scores for Columbus North included Hopkins (36) - meet medalist Hartwell (43) Buntin (49) Pavlov (52) Caroline Crawford (57) Harper Andresen (63) Sophia Wills (69) Pia Mantooth (70) This was the final regular-season match of the season. North will compete in the Sectional tournament at Cascades Golf Course in Bloomington on Monday, September 23.
