November 14, 2022 - Eight Columbus North student athletes will be participating in the first of three collegiate signing ceremonies hosted by the Columbus North Athletics Department on Wednesday, November 16 in the CNHS Cafeteria beginning at 5:30 pm. Each athlete will be presented by Athletic Director Brian Lewis and a representative from their high school coaching staff. Family, friends, and teammates of each athlete will be in attendance. Student athletes participating in this ceremony represent seven Columbus North athletic programs (girls cross country, girls track and field, boys cross country, boys track and field, girls lacrosse, softball, and girls soccer), and their future colleges or universities represent the Division 1, Division 2, and NAIA levels. The Bull Dog student athletes planning to participate in the November 16 signing ceremony include the following: Lily Baker (Track and Field and Cross Country), Clayton Guthrie (Track and Field and Cross Country), William Russell (Track and Field and Cross Country), Rylie Boezeman (Lacrosse), Liberty Jones (Lacrosse), Josie Lemmons (Softball), Maddi Rutan (Softball), Mallory Gilley (Soccer) Columbus North will host two additional collegiate signing ceremonies, one on February 1, 2023, and the other on April 12. Both ceremonies will be held in the Columbus North cafeteria.
