September 28, 2024 - Columbus North volleyball competed at Hauser’s Heritage Days Volleyball Classic on Saturday, September 28 and tallied victories over Oldenburg (25-17, 25-22), South Dearborn (25-16, 20-25, 15-12), and Madison (25-17, 17-25, 15-7) before falling to Greensburg (17-25, 27-29) in the championship match. The Bull Dogs improved their season record to 13-14. Statistical leaders for North at the tournament included: Kills: Kennedy Horn (45), Karen Dutro (30), Elaina Penrod (11), Addy Dean (9) Service Aces: Reese Edwards (5), Morgan Osborn (3), Lucy Wison (2) Assists: Edwards (43), Holly Evans (32), Lexi Denny (15) Blocks: Horn (13) Digs: Osborn (38), Edwards (17), Ally Wettschurack (16) The Bull Dogs will travel to Bedford North Lawrence on Tuesday, October 1 for a JV/varsity doubleheader beginning at 6:00 pm.
