November 25, 2024 - The Bull Dogs girls wrestling team finished twelfth among 29 teams at the Ben Davis Invitational on Saturday, which pleased head coach Lindsey Prozanki. “We were able to see some of the best teams in the state at this tournament,” Prozanski said following the meet. “It was a good marker to show us how (much) we’ve improved, (and) also how much room we have to grow.” Vika Konovalenko was runner up in the 125-pound division, finishing 2-1. Reggie Holguin (145) and Laila Lucas (235) each finished with one win against two losses. Aubreigh Campbell was winless in the 170-pound division, and Fatima Aguilar won her match in the JV bracket of the 235-pound division. The girls will be back on the mat in Jeffersonville on Wednesday (Nov 27) at the Turkey Tussle.
