Senior wrestler Liam Phillips was named Richard Hawes Insurance Bull Dog Athlete of the Week for the week of December 12, 2022. Phillips won his 160 pound match against Columbus East with a technical fall, and then went 5-0 with five first-period pins at the East Central Invitational. Phillips is 26-4 for the season and will be recognized for Senior Night during the Bull Dogs dual meet against Bedford North Lawrence on January 19.
