Gymnastics team dominates Bloomington South and Edgewood

January 31, 2025 - The Bull Dogs took the top four spots in the all-around competition and rolled to a first place finish in the Bloomington South/Edgewood triangular gymnastics meet at Columbus North Thursday night. The Bull Dogs scored 106.775 to dominate Bloomington South’s team score of 99.65 and Edgewood’s 94.95. Top four finishers in each event for Columbus North included Vault: Reese Euler - 1st (9.425) Peyton Hewitt - 2nd Ellie McIntier - 3rd Hayden Harper - 4th Uneven Bars: Euler - 1st (9.025) Harper - 2nd McIntier - 3rd Perry - 4th Balance Beam: Euler - 1st (9.6) Perry - 2nd Floor Exercise: Euler - 1st (9.425) Perry - 2nd Harper - 3rd All-Around: Euler - 1st (36.875) Harper - 2nd Hewitt - 3rd Perry - 4th North's JV also took the top two spots in the JV all-around, with Addy Gill taking first and Evey Richards claiming second. The Bull Dogs will travel to Seymour on Thursday, February 6 for a dual meet. Competition is set to begin at 6:30 pm.
