February 5, 2023 - Tyler Blythe had 14 points and teammate Cooper Horn added 13 as Columbus North knocked off East Central in a Saturday afternoon game (February 4) at East Central. The Dogs (12-6) led throughout and held the Trojans to just 17 points over the last three quarters while scoring 43 points of their own. Ty Ferguson chipped in eleven points to complete the North trio of double-digit scorers. North won both early games as well, with the JV team (13-2) winning 43-27, behind Ben Ferguson’s eleven points. Brock Kintner had 13 and Charlie Parsons added eleven as the freshman team conquered the Trojans 53-24, improving to 15-3 with one game remaining in their season. The freshmen will conclude their season on Tuesday at Franklin (6:00 tip-off), while the JV and Varsity teams will travel to Bloomington South on Friday, February 10 for a Conference Indiana matchup.
