Bull Dogs qualify seven events for Hoosier State Indoor Relays

March 25, 2025 - Columbus North track and field will conclude its indoor season on Saturday at the Hoosier State Relays State Indoor Championships. The Bull Dogs have used a series of qualifying events throughout the past month to try to post one of the state’s top 24 performances and earn a berth in the HSR State Finals. The Dogs have qualified in a total of seven events, three for the boys, and four for the girls. Boys qualifiers for the boys include Neal White (seeded 7th), Denton Sluder (14th), and Jonny Klaus (21st) in the boys 3200m, the 4x800m relay (team members not set yet) (seeded 7th), and the Distance Medley Relay (team TBD) (seeded 13th). The girls qualified Adira Sluder in the 3200m (22nd), Emma Haston in the high jump (T-8th), the 4x800m relay (8th), and the Distance Medley Relay (17th). Like the boys, relay members for the girls are still to be determined by the coaching staff. Competition is set to begin at 9:00 am on Saturday, March 29 at the Indiana Farm Bureau Fall Creek Pavilion at the Indiana State Fairgrounds.
