Gymnasts set new season high in first-place finish at Connersville Invitational

February 12, 2023 - Reese Euler won all four events and the All-Around as Columbus North gymnastics cruised to victory in the ten-team Connersville Invitational on Saturday (February 11). Euler’s All-Around score of 38.125 helped the Bull Dogs record their highest team total of the season, 108.5, easily distancing themselves from runners-up Bloomington South (102.625) and third-place Roncalli 102.0). Euler recorded scores of 9.55 on the Balance Beam, 9.625 on Uneven Parallel Bars, 9.55 on Floor Exercise, and 9.4 on Vault to sweep the competition. Teammate Lindsey Mullis grabbed second on the Uneven Paralle Bars and third in the All-Around. The Bull Dogs will host the Conference Indiana meet on Monday, February 13, beginning at 7:00 pm in the Auxiliary Gym at Columbus North. Columbus North is the defending Conference Indiana gymnastics champion.
