Track and Field completes indoor season at Hoosier State Relays

March 30, 2025 - Rick Sluder’s Columbus North track and field team completed the indoor portion of their 2025 season with a solid showing at the Hoosier State Relays at the Indiana State Fairgrounds on Saturday. The Bull Dogs had three of the 24 qualifiers in the boys 3200m run, with Neal White (shown) finishing ninth, Denton Sluder 19th, and Jonny Klaus 21st. The boys 4x800m relay (Jace Works, Graham Pumphrey, Draven Martinez, and Logan Vanzant) finished tenth, and the Distance Medley relay team (Pumphrey, Works, White, Vanzant) finished 16th. In the girls division, Adira Sluder finished 21st in the 3200m run, and Emma Haston finished 18th in the high jump. The 4x800m relay (Carys Glyn-Jones, Macy Eaton, Kyleigh Wolf, and Emma Lowther) finished 13th, and the Distance Medley relay (Wolf, Glyn-Jones, Eaton, and Lowther) finished 19th. The Bull Dogs will begin their outdoor season at Bloomington South on Tuesday, April 8.
