Gymnasts place second at Regionals to advance to State Finals

March 4, 2023 - Columbus North gymnasts tallied 107.475 points to place second at the Franklin Central Regionals and will advance to the IHSAA State Finals on March 11. Bloomington North captured the team title with 108.625 points and will join the Bull Dogs and New Palestine, who finished third (105.9) at the State Finals. Sophomore Reese Euler captured the individual All-Around title with 37.65, while teammate Lindsey Mullis finished seventh. Euler won the Floor Exercise (9.625), the Balance Beam (9.55), and the Vault (9.675) en route to the All-Around title. Senior Lindsey Mullis finished second on the Uneven Bars, and seventh on the Vault. Freshman Hannah Perry earned a tenth-place finish on Floor Exercise and twelfth on the Balance Beam. The State Finals will be held at Worthen Arena at Ball State University (1699 W. Bethel Avenue, Muncie) at 11:45 am on Saturday, March 11.
