April 12, 2023 - Senior Kirsten Danford blasted her first career grand slam and classmate Maddi Rutan hit her second home run in as many games as the North softball team walloped Seymour 18-4 in a run-rule shortened game at the Southside Elementary diamonds on Tuesday afternoon. The Bull Dogs pounded out 18 hits in just four innings, including three hits each from Josie Lemmons, Rutan, and Payton Morris. Morris got the pitching start for the Dogs and threw three innings, giving up four hits and three runs (two of them earned), while striking out five Owls.
