June 23, 2025 - Sophomore Austin Perry shot 79-78 (157, +13) over two days at Prairie View Golf Club in Carmel to finish in a tie for 45th at the IHSAA State Boys Golf Championships on June 17, 18. Westfield senior Will Harvey won the individual title by three shots over Peyton Blackard (Gibson Southern) and Luke Johnston (Evansville North) with a nine-under-par 135. Westfield also took the team title, shooting a blistering eight-under 568. Runners-up Homestead were 30 shots behind for second place. Perry was North’s only golfer to qualify for the State meet as the team finished fourth at the regional championship. Congratulations to Austin on an outstanding meet and season.
