Columbus North High School

April 15, 2023 - Franklin Central High School was the site for a collection of many of the premier distance runners in Indiana, and the Bull Dogs had a very nice showing at the event. In the girls events, Lily Baker took fifth (4:59.25), Julie Kiesler 16th, Julie Klaus 19th, and Kyleigh Wolf 42nd in the mile run. The 4x800m relay team took 12th place (10:26.59). In the boys division, William Russell finished ninth (4:16.63), Mateo Mendez 31st and Adler Larson 46th in the mile run. In the freshmen mile, Logan Vanzant grabbed 14th place (4:41.76), Leyton Hottell took 44th place, and Denton Sluder finished 60th. The boys 4x800m relay team finished fifth (8:15.72). The boys and girls track teams will host Columbus East on Thursday evening (April 20), beginning at 5:30 pm.
