August 26, 2025 - A road trip to Franklin Community resulted in a pair of shutout victories for the Bull Dogs on Monday afternoon. The Bull Dogs won the varsity match 2-0, and the JV followed with a 1-0 victory in the second match. Franklin’s limited roster forced the JV match to be reduced to just one half. In the varsity match, Avery Baker scored off of an Allison Kolhouse assist to give the Dogs a 1-0 lead just eight minutes into the match. Lexi Roukas made it 2-0 in favor of the North with another first half goal on an assist from Riley Sims. Despite a 21-4 shot differential in favor of North, the Dogs were unable to find the back of the net any more in the match, which ended 2-0. Gabby Revell and Danika Hoehn split time in goal, but neither faced a shot-on-frame to record a save. Pietra De Souza had the only goal in the JV match. The Bull Dogs will face Columbus East on Wednesday as part of Rivalry Week. The game will be held at the BCSC Soccer Complex and will be hosted by Columbus East.
