May 2, 2023 - Bloomington North High School was the site of a Conference Indiana matchup between the Bull Dogs and Terre Haute South on a windy, cool Monday evening. Columbus North swept the Braves 5-0 to improve to 12-3 overall and 2-1 in Conference Indiana. The Dogs swept the three single matches (Kathryn Wilson 6-0, 6-0, Aya Saad 6-1, 6-0, and Annabelle Sun 6-3, 6-3). Each doubles team dropped their first set but battled back to win the last two and secure a team point. One doubles (Lucy Bergman and Grace Conner) won 2-6, 6-4, 10-7, and two doubles (Siri Poludasu and Nino Akhalaya) won 6-7(2), 6-2, 11-9. Columbus North will be back in Bloomington Tuesday night (May 2) to take on Bloomington South. The match is scheduled to begin at 6:00 pm.
