May 6, 2023 - The Columbus North tennis team made its third trip of the week to Bloomington, this time to take on Terre Haute North at Bloomington South High School. Earlier in the week, the Bull Dogs faced Terre Haute South at Bloomington North and then traveled to Bloomington South the next night to face the Panthers. The Bull Dogs swept all five varsity matches and eight of nine reserve matches against the Patriots. Varsity match results included 1S: Kathryn Wilson 6-0, 6-0 (W) 2S: Aya Saad 6-0, 6-0 (W) 3S: Annabelle Sun 6-0, 6-0 (W) 1D: Grace Conner and Lucy Bergman 6-2, 6-4 (W) 2D: Nino Akhalaya and Siri Poludasu 6-0, 6-2 (W) Photo: Grace Conner paired with Lucy Bergman to win their one-doubles match over Terre Haute North. The Bull Dogs won 5-0 and improved to 14-3 overall for the season.
