Dogs sweep Terre Haute North to stay perfect in conference play

September 21, 2025 - Four different Bull Dogs scored goals in a 4-1 boys soccer victory at Terre Haute North on Saturday, September 20. The Dogs got a fourth-minute goal from Manuel Valle off of an assist from Jonah Sipes. The Patriots answered 14 minutes later to leave the score knotted 1-1 at halftime. The Dogs owned the second half with goals by Johnny Renteria Garcia (Luccas Peda assist), Parker Gribbins on a free kick, and Angel Espejel (unassisted). The Bull Dogs, now 4-3-4 for the season, stayed a perfect 2-0 in Conference Indiana play. North outshot the Patriots 25-14 (11-5 advantage in shots-on-frame). The JV team got the day started with a 5-0 victory in the early match to improve to 5-5 for the season (also 2-0 in Conference Indiana play). The Bull Dogs will host Bloomington South in a key Conference Indiana matchup on Tuesday, September 23, beginning at 6:00 pm.
