Bull Dogs earn Conference Indiana title with victory over Terre Haute South

September 28, 2025 - Columbus north girls soccer beat Terre Haute South 2-0 on Saturday to finish their Conference Indiana season 4-0-1 and claim a share of the conference title. Bloomington South also finished 4-0-1 and the two teams played to a 0-0 draw on September 24. Grace Bethuram put the Bull Dogs on the board from an assist by Avery Baker ten minutes into the match. Evelin Lopez tacked on another score with 22 minutes remaining from a Rachel Fulp assist. Danika Hoehn kept goal for all 80 minutes and recorded 1 save. The Bull Dogs outshot the Braves 19 to 4. The JV team improved to 12-1 for the season with an 8-0 victory in the early match. Eight different Bull Dogs scored in the lopsided victory. The Bull Dogs will host Batesville in a non-conference matchup on Wednesday, October 1 before beginning sectional play next week. JV is scheduled to begin against Batesville at 5:30 with varsity to follow.
