October 4, 2025 - Class 5A second ranked Bloomington South spoiled Columbus North’s Homecoming 55-24 to drop the Dogs to 4-3 for the season (2-1 in Conference Indiana). North tallied 335 total yards of offense, including 125 rushing and 210 through the air, but the defense was unable to get any traction against a dominating Panther defense, allowing 465 yards for the night. Ezekiel Scruggs rushed for 88 yards on 13 carries and Asher Ratliff was 22-for-34 for 210 yards, including two touchdowns and an interception. Parker Elmore had nine receptions for 96 yards and a touchdown. Morgan Knapp had six receptions and Sam Perry added a touchdown catch for the Bull Dogs. Charlie Parsons returned from an early season injury to hit a field goal at the end of the first half. The freshman team beat Bloomington South 14-7 on Saturday morning.
