October 10, 2025 - Bull Dogs girls soccer won their second consecutive 2-1 decision in the Greenwood sectional tournament, this time over Whiteland on Thursday evening. Evelin Lopez put the Dogs (13-2-3) up 1-0 with a first half goal off of an assist from Hayden Bigler. The score remained the same until the Bull Dogs scored again less than a minute into the second half on a goal by Avery Baker (assist by Rachel Fulp). Whiteland put a goal on the board later in the second half, but it was too little, too late, as the Dogs will advance to the sectional final against Center Grove on Saturday evening, October 11. Danika Hoehn recorded three saves in goal as the Dogs outshot the Warriors 15-6 for the match. The Dogs and Trojans met in the first match of the season, with Center Grove winning 4-0.
