December 28, 2022 - Jeffersonville High School was the site again this year for the Body Armour Showcase, and Columbus North girls basketball improved to 8-4 with a 57-45 victory over Butler High School (KY). The Dogs led 31-25 at the half and then used a 26-20 advantage over the last two periods to secure the double-digit victory. Hadassah Hurt (shown) poured in a team-high 16 points, including 4-for-4 from the free throw line in the fourth quarter. Lauren Barker knocked down four three-point goals en route to a 14-point tally, while Kennedy Horn chipped in nine for the Bull Dogs. The Bull Dogs will host Conference Indiana foe Terre Haute North (7-9, 0-1) on Thursday afternoon (December 29), beginning at 1:00 pm. The Dogs are 2-0 in conference play.
