North bounces back with victory over East Central

December 13, 2024 - After getting thumped by Brownsburg on Tuesday evening, the Bull Dogs bounced back with a 56-41 victory over East Central on Thursday night, improving their season record to 9-1. After a very evenly matched first quarter (16-15 North), the Bull Dogs outscored East Central 28-14 over the next two quarters to pull away for their ninth victory in ten games. Columbus North got a game-high 24 points from Kaylie Harmon, including five three-point goals, while Avery Johnson added 15 points (and three three-point goals) in the victory. The JV also rallied after their season’s only loss against Brownsburg Tuesday night with a 37-20 victory in the early matchup. Sydni Schiefer had 14 points and Claire Finney added ten for the Bull Dogs.
