January 15, 2025 - Hadassah Hurt scored 20 points and Kaylie Harmon added 13, but the Bull Dogs fell short at Carmel 59-50 in varsity girls action Tuesday night. North has gotten off to slow starts in each of their previous two games, but a 19-13 advantage after one quarter for the Dogs at Carmel got them off to a great start. The Greyhounds rallied for a 28-25 lead at halftime and a slim 37-35 lead after three quarters before a 22-point fourth quarter put the game away, dropping the Dogs to 13-4 for the season. North won the JV game 41-39 behind 16 points from Claire Finney and twelve from Sydni Schiefer. The JV Bull Dogs are now 12-2 for the season. Next up for the Bull Dogs will be a home game against Center Grove on Thursday evening, beginning at 6:00 pm.
