January 19, 2025 - The Bull Dogs jumped out to a 13-4 lead after one quarter of varsity girls basketball in Memorial Gymnasium on Saturday afternoon and never looked back, cruising to a 60-36 victory over Whiteland. The victory brought to an end a four game losing streak and improved the Dogs’ record to 14-5. Avery Johnson and Kaylie Harmon each connected on a trio of three-point goals, leading the Dogs in scoring with 15 and 14 points, respectively. Ava Wilson added eleven points in the victory. The JV team also picked up their fourteenth victory of the season with a 34-21 victory in the early game. Sydni Schiefer tallied 15 points to lead the victors. The Dogs will have a pair of home games this week as they’ll host Silver Creek on Wednesday, and then close out their Conference Indiana season with a match up against Bloomington North on Friday evening.
